COVID-19 Policy

When COVID-19 spread across the nation in the early months of 2020, businesses began to shut down. Companies urged employees to work at home, and businesses that had strictly in-person services were forced to close for the time being. Fortunately, as the months have gone by, things have begun to reopen.

At SMILE HAUS, we are excited to finally be able to see our customers in person again. However, we want you to know that we have been and will continue to follow COVID-19 procedures and protocols in order to keep our facility as clean as possible and our customers as safe as possible. Some of the precautions that we have been taking include:

• Our employees regularly wash their hands and disinfect areas with a high volume of customers, including chairs, tables, restrooms, and other facilities.
• Any unvaccinated employees working in our location(s) wear a mask during work hours.
• If there has been a sick person or someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in our facility, we completely clean and disinfect the space and send home any employees who were recently in the vicinity of that individual.
• We have marked where customers can stand in line or sit so that visitors remain at least 6 feet away from other individuals.
• Employees receive temperature checks at the beginning of the day to help limit the spread of COVID-19.
