Insurance

At SMILE HAUS, we prioritize exceptional dental care, ensuring that it is both high in quality and accessible through affordable pricing and flexible payment plans. Our dedicated team of professionals utilizes only the finest dental products, materials, and labs to deliver unparalleled service. Recognizing the influence that insurance providers can exert over treatment choices, we steadfastly refuse to let cost dictate the caliber of care you receive. This principle has led us to forego registration with insurance companies, positioning us as an out-of-network provider. Consequently, services may require direct payment, followed by reimbursement from your insurance based on your employer’s policy terms. To assist you, we diligently handle insurance claims and thoroughly assess your benefits to clarify potential reimbursement. Our commitment extends to submitting all necessary documentation to facilitate our patients’ insurance payments, ensuring you can maximize your insurance benefits with our full support.

Appointment Confirmation

Appointments can be confirmed via phone, text, or e-mail. All appointments must be confirmed by the patient. Any appointments not confirmed 24hrs prior will be removed from our schedule to avoid the cancellation fee being charged.

Cancellation

The time with our doctors and hygienists is specifically catered and scheduled around your needs. Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled to ensure that we can serve other patients in need. Our cancellation fee is $125 for the first missed appointment. Further consistent missed appointments might lead to dismissal from the practice.

Tardiness

Quality requires time. When we schedule our patient's appointment, we make sure that we give each patient the time necessary to provide the highest level of care possible. We don't like to rush. We don't like our patients to wait. We expect our patients to be on time. Now, we understand that sometime life happens and we run late. We give our patients a 10 minute window after which we might have to reschedule the appointment in order to maintain the quality of care and service to all our patients.

Deposit

Most procedures, excluding preventative treatments and radiographs, require a deposit to book the appointment.

Payment

All procedure must be paid in full on the date of service and before the service is rendered. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and checks. Financing available upon request. Ask our financial specialist for details.
